Over 1.8 million young people have been trained since 2014.
The program works in all 31 states and union territories.
Training includes at least 576 hours plus extra life‑skill lessons.
Jobs are offered for at least six months after training.
Financial help of about 7,600 rupees is given for six months.
Kids learn things like farming tools, computers, and how to talk to bosses.
After learning, the program helps them find jobs that they can keep for a long time.
Special help is also given to girls, people with disabilities, and those who move to new towns.
