37 Indian deep‑technology startups were chosen from an original group of 120.
The event is part of India's role as chair of the group of five countries focusing on resilience, innovation, cooperation and sustainability.
Participants will have business‑to‑business meetings with leaders from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
The fair follows a previous edition held in Nice, France, where startups received about 254.5 million U.S. dollars in funding.
The Ministry of Education aims to boost research, innovation and startup ecosystems.
It runs on September 11 and 12 alongside a business forum for the group of five countries.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders will visit to meet the innovators.
The goal is to connect these companies with investors and partners from around the world.
