Defence secretaries Rajesh Kumar Singh (India) and Jeremy Pocklington (United Kingdom) led the talks.
The partnership includes a ten‑year plan to improve defence industry cooperation.
They promised to share knowledge, train together and help each other stay safe in the Indo‑Pacific region.
The meeting highlighted respect for peace, freedom and mutual respect.
They looked at ways to build new technology together under a long‑term plan called India‑United Kingdom Vision 2035.
Both countries said they will do more joint exercises and training for their soldiers and sailors.
They also talked about keeping the oceans safe through a special centre for maritime security.
