The relics are called the Piprahwa Relics and are over a hundred years old.
The exhibition will also include a display about how the relics were discovered.
An international conference on Buddhism will be held in Tawang during the visit.
After visiting three towns, the relics will return to the National Museum in New Delhi.
The special show will stay in Tawang for a week and then travel to two other towns.
Leaders like the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh and the Minister for Culture and Tourism helped organize it.
